Travel Assistance - Service

Airport to Airport Service: We meet travelers at the departure airport, providing pre-departure support, airport assistance, and onboard care throughout the flight. Our service concludes upon arrival at the destination airport.

Door to Door Service: Our Travelers Care Travel Companion will pick up the traveler from their home or facility (via trusted ground transportation partners), assist with airport procedures, and provide onboard support. The service ends when they arrive safely at their home or destination facility.

Our Door-to-Airport and Airport-to-Door Service:

 This service includes a Travel Companion from Travelers Care who will pick up the traveler from their home, rehab facility, hospital, assisted living, or any other location (via trusted ground transportation partners). They will assist with airport procedures, offer onboard support, and ensure a seamless experience. The service ends when the traveler arrives safely at the destination airport. The same process is followed in reverse for airport-to-door transportation.
